Aloha,
My name is Misty T. Bradley (she/her).. My practice is rooted in trauma-informed care, and I use somatic (body-focused) interventions, emotionally focused therapy, and resilience-building techniques to help regulate the nervous system. I am also trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), which allows me to effectively treat both acute and developmental trauma.
I am trained to work with couples, families, and individuals, offering compassionate care to those navigating challenges such as relationship issues, family conflicts, stress, anxiety, self-worth, accountability, and trauma.
I have a special passion for working with LGBTQ+ individuals, blended families, and teens. As a marriage and family therapist, I am deeply interested in how our earliest relationships with family and community shape the way we connect with ourselves and others. My goal is to create a safe space where my clients feel seen, heard, and supported. Together, we can navigate your journey toward healing and growth with care and respect.

Aloha,
My journey into holistic care and healing started at a young age. My childhood, spent in the remote wilds of Alaska, far from medical care, facilitated the knowledge of healing in our family, mostly by my mother who took care of our illnesses, scrapes, and injuries using natural medicines. My personal relationship with physical pain as an adult, inspired me to embark on an educational journey towards Traditional Chinese Medicine. I have been in practice for more than a decade, and I am passionate about helping my patients find balance in their lives, in their bodies, energies, and spirits. Each day I am grateful I have the honor of helping others on their healing journey, as many have helped me.
