Dr. Elena Y. Kozmidi, LAc

Licensed Acupuncturist
Traditional Chinese Medicine

I hold a Doctorate in East Asian Medicine along with acupuncture license. With educational background in body-oriented psychology and over 20 years as a manual therapy practitioner, my approach blends Traditional Chinese Medicine, energy work, and holistic therapies to restore balance in body, mind, and spirit.

Each session is infused with subtle energy healing, personalized care, and integrative practices designed to uncover root causes and support deep transformation. My passion is helping patients find greater harmony within themselves and the world around them — opening the way to receive and share the many gifts of life.

Dr. Heather

I specialize in musculoskeletal pain, stress-related conditions, PTSD, trauma recovery, hormonal balancing, and nervous system regulation. Over the years, I have had the privilege of working with veterans, first responders, and individuals recovering from chronic pain, emotional stress, burnout, injury, and physical imbalance. My goal is to help patients regain mobility, resilience, vitality, and a greater sense of connection to themselves and their lives.

In addition to pain management and holistic wellness care, I offer regenerative and aesthetic therapies including microneedling for facial rejuvenation, hair restoration, scar reduction, and burn support. By combining advanced skin and tissue therapies with holistic healing principles and nutritional guidance, I help patients heal from the inside out while supporting confidence, healthy aging, and overall wellness.

It is an honor to serve the Hawaiʻi community and continue my life’s work of guiding patients toward healing, renewal, balance, and lasting transformation in both body and spirit.

I am a Doctor of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine with more than 40 years of experience in the healing arts, and I am passionate about helping people restore balance, relieve pain, and reconnect with their natural state of health and well-being. Throughout my career, I have been dedicated to supporting patients on their unique healing journeys by addressing the physical, emotional, energetic, and spiritual aspects of wellness.

My approach to care is integrative and personalized, combining Eastern medicine, advanced wellness therapies, energetic healing, body alignment techniques, nutritional counseling, and restorative care. I believe that every individual is unique, and true healing occurs when we identify and address the root causes of imbalance rather than simply managing symptoms.

Mary Cho, LMT.

Licensed Massage Therapist

I am a Licensed Massage Therapist raised on the Big Island. I grew up on a beautiful coffee farm, working the land alongside my parents and brothers. That early connection to family, nature, and the rhythms of the island continues to shape the grounded and caring presence I bring to my work.

My interest in massage began when I was 18, after a friend taught me simple massage techniques for the head that helped ease my migraine discomfort. That experience showed me how powerful and supportive healing touch could be, and it planted the dream of becoming a massage therapist.

For many years, I devoted myself to raising my three sons, who have been my greatest inspiration in life. After years of caring for others, I finally had the opportunity to follow my own dream and attend massage school at age 56. Today, I am honored to be living that dream as a Licensed Massage Therapist.

I especially love working with hot stones. To me, the stones carry a deep connection to the island, the ocean, and the natural world. I gather them with care and intention, work with them for a time, and eventually return them with prayer and gratitude before receiving new ones.

Prayer is woven into my practice. Before and during my sessions, I quietly center myself, honor the person in front of me, and bring respect to the full human experience. My intention is to create a peaceful space where each client feels cared for, relaxed, and supported in body, mind, and spirit.
